REFUND POLICY

In certain cases and within certain limits, a permit fee may be refunded by Benny’s Royal Tours Pvt Ltd , if the permitted work is not completed.

• What is the cancellation policy for a group tour?
  • Whenever you cancel any tour or service for whatsoever the reason, cancellation charges will be applicable according to the Cancellation Policy mentioned in the Terms & Conditions of Benny‘s Royal Tours.. For more details, click on PRIVACY POLICY.

• How long does it take to process a refund?
  • As per the Cancellation and Refund Policy, the applicable refund will be processed within 10 working days of confirmation of the cancellation.

• What is the mode of payment in case of a refund from Benny’s Website?
  • As per GOI regulations, any applicable refund from Benny‘s Royal Tours for both, Indian or International tours will be paid by A/C payee cheque/ NEFT/RTGS in Indian rupees only, even if you have made the tour payment partly or fully in foreign currency.

• What happens when Benny’s Website cancels a tour?
  • Whenever Benny’s Website cancels the tour due to any operational reason or inadequate participation of the guests required to operate a group tour, Benny‘s Royal Tours refunds the amount paid by the guest within 10 working days of cancellation of the tour.
