By booking a trip with Benny’s Royal Tours, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please take a moment to read through them carefully. TOUR COST INCLUDES
- AIRLINE & VISA
Return Economy class flight ticket in Kenyan Airways, 2 domestic flights in Africa and 2 domestic flights in India. Package includes single entry South African and Zambian and multiple entry Zimbabwean visa costs. The decision of the respective consulates will be the final and we will not be responsible for any denial of your visa from any of the consulates. The visa fees and other expenses will not be refunded at any circumstances.
- TOUR ESCORT
Service of professional, friendly, caring and efficient Malayali Tour Manager from Benny’s Royal Tours throughout the tour.
- HOTELS & TRANSFERS AND SIGHT SEEING
Accommodation at remarkable 4- & 5-star hotels, resorts and Lodges in all cities. All transfers and sightseeing’s in premium coaches.
- MEALS
Breakfast, dinner will be provided mainly at hotels and lunch in local and Indian restaurants.
- OTHER INCLUSIONS
The tour cost includes all entrances fees, 1 bottle of 500ml Mineral water/pp per day included, and Insurance upto 70 years
TOUR COST DOES NOT INCLUDE
Insurance above 70 Years, The tour cost doesn’t include any own expense of personal nature like telephone charges, tips, Porterage, laundry expenses, beverages, mini-bars at hotel rooms, alcoholic beverages, RTPCR Test before boarding from Inda and returning to India, expenses of snow activities, 5% TCS (Tax collected at source), Finance act 2020 has inserted a new sub-section (1G) in TCS (Tax collected at source) under section 206C of the Income Tax act, 1961 to collect Tax out of foreign remittance transactions under Liberalized Remittance Scheme as well as amount received from buyer by a seller for sale of an ‘Overseas Tour Program Package’ w.e.f October 1, 2020. As per RBI guidelines an additional 5% TCS on invoice value is applicable for those passengers having PAN or 10% TCS is applicable for those passengers does not have PAN and anything that not mentioned in the itinerary.
VISA
Visa granting is the sole discretion of the respective Consulates and our role is to assist you in the submission of your visa and guide you with the formalities. We are not liable for any delays, rejections, or consequences arising from the decisions of the embassy or consulate. In case of visa rejection/delay, then visa fees, VFS charges, courier charges, and other expenses like an advance for hotel booking, insurance, and ticketing charges are non-refundable. In case the candidates are called for a personal interview, they must appear before the consulate at their expense. If a passenger with a granted visa refuses to travel or cancels his/her tour on account of visa rejection, health issues, and other reasons of their co-passengers or travel companion the cancellation charge will be applicable as per the cancellation policy. Benny’s Royal Tours will not be liable, in case any passenger with a granted visa, is denied travel by the Emigration Authorities of the respective countries. In that case, all the damages should be borne by the passenger.
AIRLINE & INSURANCE
As this is a group tour and the tickets are blocked in advance, penalty charges will be applicable for any date changes. In a computerized reservation system of airlines, seats once reserved cannot be changed. Tour participants will have to travel by the same seat provided by the airline. No refund will be entertained for any expenses incurred for the tourist due to circumstances beyond our control such as flight cancellations, airport closure, delays, bad weather, natural calamities, medical evacuation supplier policy, etc. The company will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or delay of baggage during airline transportation, as it remains subject to the airline’s policy and we do not have any control over such external agencies. Tour tariff is based on departures from Cochin unless otherwise specified. Tourists can board from places other than Cochin upon their interest, but flight tariffs may differ. If a passenger after the issuance of tickets and payment for their services, refuses to travel or cancels his/her tour on account of health issues, and other reasons of their co-passengers or travel companions, the cancellation charge will be applicable.
HOTELS, RESORTS & LODGES
The company will choose suitable hotels/ Resorts/ Lodges and book the same on behalf of tourists at convenient locations subject to availability. In case of non-availability of rooms in the same hotel, the company reserves the right to split the accommodation in different hotels. Hotel accommodations are generally provided in Single, Double, or Twin rooms and rates also will be different. If a person booked a tour on a twin-sharing basis must share a room with another passenger either on a twin-sharing basis or a triple-sharing basis. In some hotels, the third bed will be often a roll-away mattress put in twin twin-bedded room. If we do not have another single passenger to share the rooms, the supplement charge will be levied. Please note only 1 extra bed is allowed in a room. Standard check-in time of the hotel is 1500 hrs and check-out at 1100 hrs which may vary as per hotel rules. Any special requests such as early check-in, smoking/non-smoking rooms, views, floors, king, twin, adjoining, or interconnecting rooms are strictly subject to availability. The meal menu will be on a fixed plan/buffet basis and not A la carte. For any additional items ordered the cost has to be borne by the guest. The mini bar provided in hotel rooms will be chargeable. For early check-out breakfast may be limited to simple bread and butter/jam with tea/coffee. Consumption & serving of alcohol at hotels /rooms are subject to hotel rules and regulations. Any damage caused to the hotel rooms or coach during your stay shall be payable by the passenger. Air-conditioning, central heating, and other facilities are provided by the hotels depending upon various factors including weather / climatic conditions, local systems, tour type, etc. and we do not have any control over them.
CHILD POLICIES
- Under 2 years of age – will be considered as Infant
- From 2 - 5 years of age – considered as children without extra bed
- From 6 - 11 years – considered as children with extra bed
- Above 12 years of age will be considered as adults
GENERAL CONDITIONS
The rates are valid for Indian Passport holders. The rate quoted is based on 1 USD @ 82 Rupees and the fluctuation in the exchange rate will be reflected in the total tour cost. The tour Price quoted is based on prevailing rates and the company reserves the right to change the tariff in special events/modification/alteration/variation in the said rates before departure. Advance amounts are non-refundable under any circumstances. As a tour operator, the company does not have any control over Airlines, coach companies, shipping companies, Hotels, local transport, or any other facilities provided by third parties. In such circumstances, the company reserves the right to claim any additional expenses from the passengers. The company is not responsible for the delays or deficiencies in the services provided by outside agencies. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are fit to travel and comply with any health requirements for your destination. We always recommend obtaining appropriate travel insurance as your responsibility to cover medical expenses, trip cancellations, and other unforeseen events. Bennys Royal Tours can assist you in getting the insurance policy for your travel but the company will not be responsible for any delay or denial of an insurance claim by the insurance company. Also note, that the company does not have any control over the schedules of opening and closing timings of tourist attractions. Travellers are responsible for their health and safety during the trip. Some activities involve inherent risk of personal harm, for example, rafting, canoeing, mountain biking, horseback riding, etc. and Bennys Royal Tours will not be responsible for unforeseen accidents and injury and death. Bennys Royal Tours will exercise reasonable care and diligence in making travel arrangements. However, it shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, death, or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly due to acts of nature, accidents, delays, political unrest, or any other force majeure event beyond our control. Any activities mentioned other than the tour package will incur additional cost which has to be paid by the tourist. If a passenger after confirming a tour with Benny's wishes to modify his/her bookings on the same or another tour or date the extra charge will be applicable as per the changes required. There are coach restrictions in some cities, in such a situation the tour manager and the driver will do their best to drop you as near to the monuments as possible and no refund can be entertained in such cases. The cancellation policy is subject to change if there is any special note on the booking confirmation that has been approved and confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel the agreement between us for any reason before your holiday and we will only cancel the package if circumstances beyond our control make it unavoidable. In such circumstances, we will contact you immediately and offer you the choice of an alternative holiday or tour of equivalent quality. If a Force majeure clause is applicable: Benny’s Royal Tours is obliged to curtail, alter, extend, or cancel the tour, you shall not be at liberty to maintain a compensation claim or otherwise for any loss arising as a consequence of said curtailment, alteration, extension, or cancellation of the tour. Passengers can cancel the tour at any time provided the cancellation request is made in writing as per the cancellation policy mentioned below. The company reserves the right to change/modify/ vary and alter the tour itinerary due to any unavoidable reasons like strikes, road blocks…etc. In such cases, compensations or claims for a refund for unused services like entry tickets will not be entertained by the company. Tour cost is based on a minimum of 30 passengers travelling together in a group. If there is a drastic fall in number, then the offered tour cost, meal plan, vehicle, and other services may change accordingly and the difference amount has to be borne by the passenger The Company will not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, Passport loss or loss of any other belongings, injury, accident, death, natural calamity, delay, breakdown, force majeure clause, or irregularity that may occur in carrying out the tour arrangement. Management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses due to the delays or changes in train, plane, bus, or ship timings or delay or cancellation of other services, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine, and any other cause, whatsoever, and all such losses or expenses must be borne by the passengers. Any disputes arising in respect of the tour shall be subject to Ernakulam Jurisdiction.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Above 40 days from the day of departure: No cancellation charge will be applicable. Advance payment will be carried forward for future programs, if the airline, visa payments, and other payments are not done.
- Between 40 - 30 days of departure: Cancellation charge will be applicable for used services like visa and air tickets. Air tickets and visa fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Between 30 - 25 days: charges 50% of the total tour cost.
- Between 15 - 20 days: charges 75% of total tour cost.
- Less than 15 days: Charges 100% of total tour cost.
