AIRLINE & CRUISE

Return Economy Class International Air tickets in KLM Airline and domestic flights like Aero Mexico, Avianca, and Latam Airlines. The yacht tickets in the Galapagos Islands, all taxes prevailing in respective countries, and entrance tickets are included.

VISAS

Mexico, Costa Rica, Panama Ecuador, and Columbia visa costs are included in this package. We are giving priority to those who are holding U.S visas. The expenses of attending the interview before respective consulates should be borne by the passenger if necessary. In that case, all expenses should be borne by the guest. The decision of the respective consulates will be final and we will not be responsible for any denial or delay in visas. Bennys Royal Tours will not be responsible if the emigration department of the respective countries denies the entry of the guests to their mainland
despite holding valid U. S and visiting countries' visas.

HOTELS & RESORTS

The hotels in all cities will be of premium 4 & 5 star categories and premium beach resorts. All the transportation including coaches, Minivans, 4 x 4 vehicles, and yachts are included in this package.

MEALS

Expenses for all 3 meals are included. You will get a chance to relish a variety of Central and South American buffets and a la carte dishes excluding beverages.

TOUR ESCORT

A Professional, friendly, caring, and well-experienced Malayalee Tour manager will accompany the tour and the service of the local English-speaking tour guides and tour managers will be provided in all cities.

ALL-INCLUSIVE TOUR

The tour cost includes travel Insurance of up to 70 yrs., airport taxes, tips to the driver and guides, mineral water, service tax..etc. and no optional and extra tour expenses incurred.

TOUR COST DOES NOT INCLUDE

The tour cost doesn’t include any expenses of a personal nature like telephone charges, porterage, laundry expenses, beverages, mini-bars at hotel rooms, alcoholic beverages, expenses mentioned in the itinerary TCS (Tax collected at source)

CANCELLATION POLICY

A cancellation charge of 50% of the tour cost will be applicable for the passengers cancelling before 60 days of departure and 100 % of the tour cost will be levied as the cancellation charge within 30 days prior to the departure. Cancellation charges will be applicable as per the cancellation policies of International and domestic flights, hotels and transport and other services.
