Agra - Fatehpur Sikri - Jaipur
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Jaipur, the vibrant capital of Rajasthan, renowned for its rich history, stunning architecture, and vibrant culture. En route, visit Fatehpur Sikri, the former Mughal capital built by Emperor Akbar in the 16th century. This UNESCO World Heritage site is celebrated for its well-preserved Mughal architecture, including the impressive Buland Darwaza and Jama Masjid.
Upon arrival in Jaipur, explore the Hawa Mahal, or "Palace of Winds," an iconic five-story structure with a unique façade of 953 small windows, designed to allow royal ladies to observe street life without being seen. Next, visit Jantar Mantar, an astronomical observatory built in the 18th century, housing the world's largest stone sundial and a collection of architectural astronomical instruments. Conclude the day with a visit to the City Palace, a magnificent complex that blends Rajasthani and Mughal architecture. On your way, pause for a photo opportunity at the Jal Mahal, the 'Water Palace' that appears to float on the Man Sagar Lake, and the Birla Mandir, a serene white marble temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu and Goddess Lakshmi. Later, proceed to Jaipur Airport for your onward journey.
