Continental buffet breakfast and dinner will be provided at hotels. Lunch will be provided at

Service of professional, friendly, caring and efficient Malayali Tour Managers and medical
assistants from Benny’s Royal Tours throughout the tour.
TOUR INCLUSIONS
The tour cost includes accommodation in premium hotels with breakfast, lunch, dinner,
transportation service of local tour guides and tour manger.
TOUR COST DOES NOT INCLUDES
The tour cost doesn’t include sightseeing entry tickets, any expense of personal nature like
telephone charges, tips, porterage, laundry expenses, beverages, mini-bars at hotel rooms,
alcoholic beverages, travel insurance, traffic fines, expenses of activities in sightseeing and
other hill stations and anything that not mentioned in the itinerary.
IMPORTANT NOTES
As imposed by the Government Valid photo ID (except PAN card) for all members staying at the
hotel is mandatory Most of the Hotels in this region do not have mini-fridges/ enhanced toiletry
kits (with moisturizer, toothpaste, brush, shaving kit, bathroom sleepers, bathrobe), etc

Payments can be made by Cheque, Demand Draft, NEFT, RTGS, or IMPS. Cheque/Demand Draft

These terms are designed to protect both you, the traveler, and us, the travel company, and to ensure that your journey with us is as smooth and enjoyable as possible. By booking a trip with Benny’s Royal Tours, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please take a moment to read through them carefully. GENERAL CONDITIONS
The rates are valid for Indian Passport holders. The rate quoted is based on 1 US Dollar @ 82 Rupees and the fluctuation in the exchange rate will reflect in the total tour cost. The tour Price quoted is based on prevailing rates and the company reserves the right to change the tariff in special events/modification/alteration/variation in the said rates before departure. Advance amount is nonrefundable at any circumstances. As a tour operator, the company does not have any control over Airlines, coach companies, shipping companies, Hotels, local transport, or any other facilities provided by third parties. In such circumstances the company reserve the right to claim any additional expenses from the passengers. The company is not responsible for the delays or deficiencies in the services provided by outside agencies. Also note, company do not have any control on schedules of opening and closing timings of tourist attractions. Travelers are responsible for their own health and safety during the trip. Some activities involve inherent risk of personal harm, for example, rafting, canoeing, mountain biking, horseback riding, etc. and Bennys Royal Tours will not be responsible for unforeseen accidents and injury and death. Bennys Royal Tours will exercise reasonable care and diligence in making travel arrangements. However, it shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, inconvenience caused directly or indirectly due to acts of nature, accidents, delays, political unrest, or any other force majeure event beyond its control. Any activities mentioned other than the tour package will incur additional cost which has to be paid by the tourist. If a passenger after confirming a tour with Benny's wishes to modify his/her bookings in the same or another tour or date the extra charge will be applicable as per the changes required. . There are coach restrictions in some cities, in such a situation the tour manager and the driver will do their best to drop you as near to the monuments as possible. No refund can be entertained in such cases. The cancellation policy is subject to change if there is any special note on the booking confirmation that has been approved and Confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel the agreement between us for any reason prior to your holiday, we will only cancel the package if Circumstances beyond our control make it unavoidable. In the unlikely event that such circumstances should arise, we will contact you immediately and offer you the choice of an alternative holiday or tour of equivalent quality. If as a consequence of force majeure, Benny’s Royal Tours is obliged to curtail, alter, extend or cancel the tour, you shall not be at liberty to maintain a claim for compensation or otherwise for any loss arising as a consequence of said curtailment, alteration, extension or cancellation of the tour. Passenger can cancel the tour at any time provided the cancellation request is made in writing as per the cancellation policy mentioned below. The Cancellation charge will be applicable in case any passenger with a granted visa, refuses to travel or cancel
his/her tour on account of visa rejection caused to their co-passenger or travel companion. The company reserves the right to change/modify/ vary and alter the tour itinerary. In such changes, compensations or claims for a refund by the passengers will not be entertained by the company for limitation and also for the non-availability of certain services with entry for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, natural calamity, delay, breakdown or force majeure clause, or irregularity that may occur in carrying out the tour arrangement. Management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses due to the delays or changes in train, plane, bus, ship timings or delay or cancellation or other services, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine, and any other cause, whatsoever, and all such losses or expenses must be borne by the passengers. Any disputes arising in respect of the tour shall be subject to Ernakulam Jurisdiction.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Above 30 days from the day of departure: No cancellation charge, Advance payment will be carried forward for future program. (If airline and Visa payment not done)
- Between 25 - 30 days of departure: charges ticket and Visa cost (Air tickets and VISA fees are nonrefundable at any circumstances).
- Between 20 - 25 days: charges 50% of the total tour cost.
- Between 15 - 20 days: charges 75% total tour cost.
- Less than 15 days: Charges 100% of total tour cost
