AIRLINE VISA

Return Economy airfare in Airlines and two internal flight rates are included. Multiple entry US visa cost included. The expenses of attending the interview before the US Consulate at respective centers should be borne by the passenger. The decision of the American consulate will be final and we will not be responsible for any denial or delay in visa. The visa fee will not be refunded in any circumstances.

ALL INCLUSIVE TOUR

The tour cost includes travel Insurance up to 70 yrs., airport taxes, all entry tickets, tips to the driver and guides, mineral water, service tax ... .etc. and no optional and extra tour expenses incurred.

TOUR COST DOES NOT INCLUDE

The tour cost doesn’t include any own expense of personal nature like telephone charges, tips, porterage, laundry expenses, beverages, mini-bars at hotel rooms, alcoholic beverages, RT PCR Test before boarding from India and returning to India, expenses of snow activities, 5% TCS (Tax collected at source), Finance act 2020 has inserted a new sub-section (1G) in TCS (Tax collected at source) under section 206C of the Income Tax act, 1961 to collect Tax out of foreign remittance transactions under Liberalized Remittance Scheme as well as amount received from buyer by a seller for sale of an ‘Overseas Tour Program Package’ w.e.f October 1, 2020. As per RBI guidelines an additional 5% TCS on invoice value is applicable for those passengers having PAN or 10% TCS is applicable for those passengers does not have PAN and anything that is not mentioned in the itinerary.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A cancellation charge of 50% of the tour cost will be applicable for the passengers canceling before 45 days of departure and 100 % of the tour cost will be levied as the cancellation charge within 30 days prior to the departure. Cancellation charges will be applicable as per the cancellation policies of airlines, hotels and transport operators.
